55 Greeley Apartments is and over 55 community located in the heart of Downtown Greeley. The historic site retains and builds upon the ground floor character of the existing building (formerly a car and tractor dealership) The ground floor landscape is inspired by and builds identity from the former dealership with a whimsical twist. The podium amenity deck is organized by programming and circulation but is formally derived from agricultural patterns and the organic forms of 50’s automobiles. The project was put on hold after schematic design.
